I’ve never seen a finger like my own，
我未曾见过像我的一般的手指
Stretching down from the heavens to touch us
从高天伸下来触碰我们
But I’ve felt a fire inside my bones
但我感受过我骨内燃烧的火焰
And it tells me He is among us
它告诉我 祂 与我们同在
I’ve never heard His voice in the cool of day，
白日之下我从未耳闻 祂 的声音
As He calls out from the garden
如 祂 在伊甸对我的呼喊
But I know a voice that softens still，
但我深知一个声音可以柔软
A heart so easily hardened
一颗比巨石还僵硬的心
I’ve never touched the hands or felt the scars，
我未曾亲自触碰过那手掌，或是那掌心的伤痕
Of the God man I call king
来自我称为君王的那位
But I’ve stored up in this broken heart，
但在我这破碎的心里存着
My tears to wash His feet
我的泪水来洗净 祂 的脚
I’ve never smelt the incense of the throne room，
我未曾闻到过那宝座前焚着的香
As it rises day and night
它日夜燃着升起
But I’ve tasted the sweetest songs flow，
但我品尝过那最甜美的颂赞
From my lips raised to His height
从我的嘴唇可以触及高天
Many things my flesh cannot confirm,
太多事情我的肉体无法确认
